Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar, combines warmth and hospitality with a rustic Italian menu that centers on quality ingredients, simple preparations, and great value. Artisan bread and a variety of antipasti share the stage with imported cheeses and cured meats. Our house made pasta dishes are true standouts, as are the chef's chalkboard specials that include market fresh fish and top grade meat dishes. Our authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and decadent desserts earn rave reviews, as does the global wine list, which includes Rizzuto's favorite Italian varietals.

Westport Restaurant

 The Saugatuck neighborhood in Westport is Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar's third location, which opened in 2009, and is situated directly across from the Saugatuck River. The free-standing stucco building is highlighted by a large outdoor patio. The L-shaped bar includes an icy raw bar with local oysters and clams and colossal shrimp. High and low-top dining tables surround the bar area. In the warmer months the bar and patio areas become one. The main dining room is framed by the display kitchen with marble counter seating dividing the two. Flames from the grand stone fireplace and the copper Le Panyol Wood-Fired oven provide a warm glow over our guests. Custom made butcher block tables contrast nicely against the black wood chairs and Tuscan yellow walls. A private dining room is tucked away and slightly elevated from the main dining area. The landscape of the space includes a market where fresh pasta, sauce, meatballs, salads, and artisan breads are sold. Fresh pasta is made in the market throughout the day for all to see. With so many nuances to the space, Rizzuto's is able to provide something for everyone.
