Beers & Bites Tasting June 2014 at Rizzuto

Screen Shot 2014-06-13 at 8.57.41 AMAt Rizzuto’s in West Hartford we kicked off our Beer & Bites a new monthly series with a tasting of Oskar Blues Brewery beers June 10.

The beers – Deviant Dales, G’knight and Dale’s Pale Ale – are accompanied by three plates:  Peppercorn-crusted Black Angus burger with roasted garlic brioche roll, housemade ketchup and lemon-garlic cured pickles; crispy fried veal “steak” on rosemary flatbread with caramelized fontina cheese and rare tuna satay with chili garlic hoisin BBQ glaze.
